Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Tassena is a dating app strictly reserved for people aged 18 and over. Minors are not allowed to use the service, without exception.

1. Adults only

Date of birth is required at sign-up and a server-side check blocks any account creation for someone under 18.
Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is suspended immediately pending review, and deleted if the suspicion is confirmed.
Posting photos or content depicting minors is prohibited.

The following are strictly prohibited on Tassena and reported to the authorities where applicable:

Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including solicitation, grooming or sextortion.
Any attempt to contact, meet or engage in sexual conversation with a minor.
Any content — image, video, text, audio — involving, sexualising or depicting a minor (CSAM).
Any illegal activity involving minors, including trafficking, promotion or sharing of such content.

Every profile, message or photo can be reported directly in the app through the “Report” button available on profiles and in conversations.

The reason “Child sexual exploitation / content involving a minor” is treated as the highest priority by our moderation team.

Reports are confidential: the reported person is never told who reported them.

Child-safety reports are reviewed as a priority and as quickly as possible.
Offending content is removed and accounts may be suspended or permanently deleted.
Necessary evidence is securely preserved for investigation purposes.
Tassena cooperates with the competent authorities and responds to lawful requests as required by law.
