These Terms of use set out the rules that apply when you use the Tassena application.
By creating an account or using Tassena, you accept these terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
1. About Tassena
Tassena is an app where users discover other people, chat and build connections.
The app offers in particular:
- profile creation;
- profile discovery;
- sending reactions;
- matches when interest is mutual;
- private conversations;
- optional Premium features.
2. Access conditions
To use Tassena, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- provide accurate information;
- use a valid email address;
- comply with these terms.
Tassena reserves the right to remove any account that does not comply with these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and the information linked to it.
You agree to:
- not share your account;
- not create multiple accounts to bypass the rules;
- keep your information truthful and up to date;
- use photos that actually depict you.
4. Using the community
Tassena is built on mutual respect.
You agree to behave respectfully in all your exchanges.
The following are notably prohibited:
- harassment;
- insults or threats;
- discriminatory behaviour;
- fake profiles;
- scam attempts;
- spam or unauthorised advertising;
- sharing illegal or non-consensual content.
Any behaviour that breaks these rules may lead to restrictions or removal of the account.
5. Profiles and content
You remain responsible for the content you publish on Tassena.
You warrant that you hold the rights to any photo, text or information added to your profile.
Tassena may remove content or limit its visibility when it does not comply with the community rules.
6. Meetings and exchanges
Tassena facilitates introductions between users but does not intervene in the personal relationships that may follow.
Each user remains responsible for their own exchanges, decisions and meetings.
We always recommend taking sensible precautions when meeting someone you met online.
7. Messaging and safety
Conversations are meant only for the users involved.
You must not:
- share another person's private information without their consent;
- use messages to harass or repeatedly solicit another member.
Reporting and blocking tools help protect the community.
8. Premium features
Tassena may offer paid features that enhance the user experience.
Pricing is shown before any purchase.
Payments are handled by our payment providers.
Subscriptions are subject to the applicable conditions of the provider used and to prevailing legal rules.
9. Suspending or deleting an account
Tassena may suspend or delete an account in case of:
- breach of these terms;
- harmful behaviour towards the community;
- fraud;
- abusive use of the service.
You can also delete your account directly from the app.
10. Service availability
We do our best to keep Tassena available and running.
Temporary interruptions may still occur for:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical or security reasons.
11. Evolution of Tassena
Tassena evolves regularly to improve the user experience.
Some features may be modified, improved or removed to keep the service working properly.
